INTERNAL AUDITOR
Location : Jakarta
Term : Direct Contract/Permanent.
Job Desc. Summary:
• To plan, execute and report on the examination and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the company's system of internal control and the quality of operating performance.
• Review the system established to ensure compliance with policies, plans, procedure, laws, and regulations which could have a significant impact on operations and reports, and determine whether the organization is in compliance.
• As Liaison Officer to support government auditor in conducting audit in the Company and maintain good relationship with all external auditor.
• To support the Internal Audit Manager in undertaking any other ad hoc duties in Internal Audit and Risk Management as requested.
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Female
• Age between 25 – 40 years old
• Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of accounting and auditing and familiar with all phases of an audit including planning, analysis and report writing.
• Having 3 years of Audit experience with public accounting firm or having experience in auditing Oil & Gas Company and IT auditing will be an advantage

LEGAL COUNSEL
Location : Jakarta
Term : Direct Contract/Permanent.
Job Desc. Summary:
• Identifying, managing and mitigating of legal risk issues across the organization.
• Ensuring that the firm complies with legislation, regulation and the requirements of professional bodies and other organizations, including interpreting the effect on the firm of any proposed changes to legislation.
• Providing preventative legal guidance to the organization.
• Making recommendations/drafting formal legal responses to issues
• Providing legal support in relation of contracts with the contractors (including organization agreement and tenders).
• Assisting with the development of team and firm wide legal and risk strategy, as appropriate
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Law.

• At least two years experience in oil and gas industry.
• Has BPMIGAS Bid Committee License/Certification and advocate license will be advantage.

SR. RESERVOIR ENGINEER :
Location : Jakarta
Term : Direct Contract/Permanent .
Job Desc. Summary:
Performance in reservoir engineering & studies (including but not limited to: reservoir characteristics & deliverability, reservoir drive mechanism & depletion planning, production forecasting, production logging, data interpretation & evaluation, annual reserve reports to government) as well as technical support for all current operations.
Requirement:
• Minimum University degree, major in Petroleum engineering ( or any related discipline)
• Age between 30 – 45 years old
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years knowledge and have experience with the application of traditional and non-traditional reservoir engineering techniques including decline curve analysis, volumetric analysis, well test analysis, material balance, pressure transient analysis, economic and risk analysis and other aspects of reservoir engineering.
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), Economic & Risk Analysis software is required; ARIES experience is preferred. Public Information systems (PI / Powertools / Drilling info) Eclipse (or related reservoir modeling software) PANSYSTEM (or related pressure transient analysis software).

SR. DRILLING ENGINEER:
Location : Jakarta
Term : Direct Contract/Permanent.
Job Desc. Summary:
Performance in drilling engineering & operations (including but not limited to: well drilling & completion programs, drilling material and services, drilling techniques) as well as drilling support for all current operations and relevant projects in order to comply with standard industry practice and SHE policies.
Requirement:
• Minimum University degree, major in Petroleum engineering ( or any related discipline)
• Age between 30 – 45 years old
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years knowledge and have experience with combination of onshore & offshore drilling operation such as horizontal & underbalanced drilling and floating drilling is an advantage.
• Supervisor/superintendent experience (Day & Night for exploration/development well) more than 2years +/-
• Planning experience (for exploration well/development and completion) more than 5 years +/-if possible,
• Rig Worker experience
• Work experience as logistics
• Current certification in HUET, Sea Survival and Well Control.

PROJECT MANAGER:

Performance in project for development, implementation, monitoring and control of all Top-Side & Floater Group plans, policies and activities in order to comply with standard industry practices as well as improve accountability to the stakeholders and comply with standard industry practice and SHE policies.
Requirement:
• Minimum University degree, major in Mechanical Engineering (or any related discipline)
• Age between 35 – 50 years old
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years knowledge and have experience in operations, oil & gas explorations and/or project management
• Good in skill knowledge of electrical, instrument, mechanical, rotating equipment, procurement, material & corrosion etc
